Upcoming Events

In order to expedite the continued success of Central Coast Corsa it behooves me to put together an outline of events, meetings and tech sessions for 2012.  Here goes.

Saturday, January 21.  CCC outing to Mike Thomas’ Corvair Ranch.  Cancelled event.

Thursday, February 9.  CCC 6PM business meeting at O’Brien homestead inAtascaderoto discuss upcoming VairFest, club dues, club officers, etc.  Potluck et al.

Saturday, March 31.  CCC outing to Galvan’s Classic Car and Truck Show inFresno, CA. Car show from 9AM to 7PM with awards at 3:30PM.  We can caravan. Complete event information here.

Saturday, April 14.  CCC tech session to work on 1 or more cars at the Pennell lift. 9AM start time.  Bring lunch item to share.

Thursday, May 10.  CCC business meeting at Hemwall hacienda 6 PM start. Potluck, etc.

Thursday, May 31.  CCC business meeting at Pennell home to firm up VairFest details. 6PM with potluck, etc.

Saturday, June 9. CCC tech session 9 AM at a place to be determined.  Vairfest prep in the works as well.

Friday, Saturday & Sunday, June 22, 23, 24 VairFest 2012

Saturday, July 28.  CCC outing 9AM start to Arroyo Grande Car Show. Not to be missed!  Bring your shiny and running Corvair!

Friday, August 17.  CCC outing to Atascadero Hot August Nights Cruise Night. 6PM cruise start.  BBQ prior at the O’Brien Hacienda.

Thursday, September 13.  CCC business meeting 6PM at a place to be determined.

Saturday, October 13.  CCC tech session 9AM at a location to be determined.

Friday, Saturday, Sunday, October 26, 27, 28.  Great Western Fan Belt Toss & Swap Meet.

Saturday, November 4.  CCC outing to Nojoqui Falls Fun Run, near Buelton.Central Coast StreetRods sponsored event. 40th year running. See Link above.

Saturday, December 8.  CCC Christmas Dinner, 6PM at a place to be determined.

Thursday, January 10, 2013.  CCC business meeting, 6PM.  Vairfest, club schedule, club officers, club dues, etc. To be determined.
